I do not see us accessing this data, other than through regular test and some sort of unlikely DR scenario. To be clear, this is intended to be a regular backup for Cold Storage. Totally clueless on what that would look like, cost, or how I would set this up. The other option would be something in AWS. But what do I need to achieve? Is the connection SFTP? Or is their a local client I can install to make this easy? One option for storage would be 'local.' Cool. In my ignorance, I am looking for some basic human help.
He just wanted to point to the web page and move on. Unfortunately, the sales guy I talked to (initial conversation) was of zero help. So I am trying to quickly figure that out. Veeam Backup for Office 365 looks like the correct solution. Predecessor did not consider backups I am trying to fix that quickly. We have migrated our File Sever to SharePoint.
